The “Warridingo Tucker” is a welcoming and inclusive place
where students can go to get a tasty meal or snack during their school day. The
motto of the tuckshop, "no child will go hungry," underscores the
staff and volunteers' commitment to ensuring that every student has access to
healthy and nourishing food options. Beyond their dedication to providing
delicious and nutritious meals, the tuckshop staff and volunteers are also
known for their friendliness and helpfulness. They aim to create a warm and
inviting atmosphere that makes students feel comfortable and valued, and they
are always happy to answer questions or lend a hand to anyone who needs
it. We encourage all our students to
approach the Tuckshop Manager Mr Ben, Mrs Sammi or Mrs Kavitha with any issues
they may have.
Mr. Ben is an experienced chef with over 20 years of culinary expertise. He is the Tuckshop Manager and is responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to the customers. Mr. Ben has participated in various chef competitions in New Zealand and has been awarded a bronze award for his exceptional chicken dish and a silver award for his delectable beef dish. His culinary skills and creativity are a valuable asset to the tuckshop, and customers can expect high-quality, delicious meals every time they visit.

How it works: Our tuckshop is available for students from Prep through to grade 6. We offer First break meals which are available from menu only. They will be made available to students at 11am. Students have the option to eat immediately or eat after they finish playtime at 11:25pm. A small insulated lunchbox is available for purchase from the uniform shop which would be suitable to keep food warm during playtime for those students who wish to eat later.
Students are able to make purchases over the counter for both breaks (excluding Mondays)
Second Break is at 1:30pm. ALL orders for second break must be collected by students personally, these orders will not be delivered.

Monday
First break meals are available from menu only, Flexischools only.
No over the counter sales for either breaks
Tuesday through to Friday
First break meals are available from menu only.
Second break meals are available from the menu.
Over the counter purchases can be made for both breaks (excluding Mondays)
How it is delivered/ Collected: Tuckshop monitors will be picking up orders and delivering to classrooms by 11:00am. Prep to year 3 picks up at 10:45am and years 4 to 5 pick up at 10:50. Teachers give out lunches to students. Students are to be reminded their lunch is their responsibility once it has been collected from class.
Year 6 will collect their own individual lunches from the Tuckshop.
All orders for 1:30 pm, second break are to be collected by students personally, these orders will not be delivered or collected by tuckshop monitors.
The Tuckshop staff endeavour to ensure all students' lunches are made but cannot be held responsible for delivery. It is most important you let your child know, remind them, when and what they have from Tuckshop on the day you have ordered. Remind them second break orders must be collected by themselves, items will not be delivered to the classroom.
Individual classroom Teachers will be responsible for handing out lunch orders for first break to their classroom students. Cold items, such as icy poles, will be highlighted and must be collected over the counter by the individual student. It is important that you remind your child that they have tuckshop on the day.
