We are proud to announce that Warrigal Road State School has officially achieved Silver Accreditation as a Sounds-Write School—a wonderful milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to evidence-based reading instruction.
Sounds-Write is a highly regarded, linguistically based approach to teaching reading and spelling, and this accreditation recognises the consistent, high-quality implementation of the program across our school. Achieving Silver status demonstrates the dedication, professionalism, and collaborative effort of our teachers and support staff in strengthening students’ foundational literacy skills.
